At Ship25, we want to ensure every participant gets value from our program. Please read our refund terms carefully before enrolling.

1. Before the Program Starts

  • You may request a full refund up to 7 days before the program start date.
  • To request a refund, email hey@ship25.build with your payment details.

2. After the Program Starts

  • Once the first cohort session begins, fees are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions may be made in rare circumstances (e.g., serious illness or emergencies) at the discretion of the Ship25 team.

3. Payment Issues

  • If your payment was charged by mistake or duplicated, we will process a full refund within 7–10 business days.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
