Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Ship25 is a learning and building program designed to help participants turn ideas into real products.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if younger.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. Payments & Refunds

• The cohort fee is ₹5000 per student (unless otherwise stated).
• Payments are processed through trusted payment gateways.
• Fees are non-refundable once the program starts, except in exceptional cases decided by us.

4. Program Participation

By joining Ship25, you agree to:

• Act respectfully toward other participants, mentors, and organizers.
• Not share harmful, illegal, or copyrighted materials without permission.
• Follow the program rules shared during onboarding.

We may remove participants who violate these terms without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

• You own the rights to the products you build during the program.
• By participating, you grant Ship25 permission to showcase your work for promotional purposes (unless you request otherwise in writing).

6. Content & Resources

All Ship25 materials, templates, and content are for your personal use only. You may not copy, sell, or distribute them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ship25 is an educational program. We are not responsible for:

• Business outcomes of the products you create
• Losses due to third-party tools or services
• Any indirect or incidental damages

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.
